    As an 80s kid I can confirm that seeing him with the TV laying on him like that was weird as hell, even back then. We had small 6 inch screen portable TVs that would have worked for the scene … something like the one Depp is using would just go on a table beside the bad.

        Yea. I had to explain that they didn’t have LED screens back then to my daughter and that is why TVs were so big. It broke her mind to learn that the blue (and thus white) LED came way after the Red and Green.
