I get it, they are bad men, but mate, wishing prison violence is still wishing violence and that’s part of the reason assholes exist in society.
Like when people hope that rapists get raped in prison. That’s still supporting rape culture. It’s not something that can be justified.
We are better than that, which is why we can judge them and put them away.
The primary purpose of prisons should be to prevent dangerous people from causing harm to others. The secondary should be to reform and rehabilitate, where possible.
Violence in prisons fails both.
