I honestly enjoyed Super Mario Bros. Sure it only had like 10% in common with the games but seeing Toad being turned into a Goomba was hilarious. Street Fighter was also pretty great just for Raul Julia’s bombastic acting alone. Seeing these creative liberties being taken can be infuriating at first but after the dust settles they can still be fun to watch if only to see how much of a trainwreck they can be.
Fuck anything by Uwe Boll though. He was an asshole and his movies were always painful to watch.

I enjoyed much of it, but I also kept reflexively punching the friend who made me watch the damn thing so idk if that’s a positive review or not. It’s a bad movie, but bad movies can be fun. Plus, “Monkey!” is perhaps the greatest line ever penned.
I agree there’s plenty of aspects in just about any movie to enjoy, especially for the meme value - I enjoy the hell out of James Marsters as King Piccolo in DragonBall: Evolution, he fucking nailed that role (I’m so funny). The movie is almost objectively trash though.
