    Swede here, no one in Sweden has ever served meatballs with white sauce of any kind (no idea what it is) and dill… Highly doubt the meatball ingredients are even close to correct either.

      I’m guessing it’s a white gravy instead of a brown gravy, so colored from cream and flour. I’ve only ever had brown gravy and lingonberries with my swedish meatballs, but then I’ve also only ever had them at Ikea which I’m sure isn’t the best representation.
