If you pay 1% for one house, someone with 2 houses should pay 2%, and a company with 2000 homes should pay 2000%

My mayor lives off the rent of 8 houses. I don’t think he’ll do anything to fix it
And even that is small time compared to the corporate landlords who own hundreds/thousands of homes. AHhhhhhhhhhhh
