Have never tried yellow mustard in there, I don’t buy it as it’s more sour than I like for sandwiches. You remind me I want to try fermenting some mustard seeds.

Dijon or spicy, even the packet of mustard from the Chinese restaurant works. Have never tried yellow mustard in there, I don’t buy it as it’s more sour than I like for sandwiches.
