This is BEYOND SCIENCE
You can put a bunch of pancake batter in a rice cooker to make a big ass crazy pancake. I’ve only done it once, but it was like 2 inches thick, cooked perfectly all the way through, and super delicious.
Just don’t try it at the San Rafael Marriott
