That’s not fair to Trump at all. Trump would say “oh that’s disgusting” and get someone to remove the body and clean up, and then continue playing golf.

Biden is all for being tough on the border to the point he copied Republican policies on it.
To be fair, he did that as part of a negotiation to get Ukraine funded. So it may less be about wanting to be tough on the border and more about not caring enough to not be tough on it.
He also did it to call their bluff. And it worked. They killed their own bill even.
