Yeah, raw broccoli still sucks ass if it’s not slathered in dip/dressing, and unfortunately cooking vegetables destroys most of the nutritional benefits. Cooked broccoli is delicious, but it’s essentially just excess carbs at that point.
I didn’t say they weren’t healthy, just that the majority of nutritional value is gone, which is true. I also didn’t say carbs are bad, but excess ones definitively are.

No. Cooked vegetables are still healthy. And so are carbs. You don’t have to eat raw food.
