Audio jacks only matter if phone makers are going to put a quality DAC in the phone and most didn’t anyway. Meaning that Bluetooth is just as good as the audio jacks in most phones. There is a reason most PMPs these days have a 6mm balanced jack instead of or in addition to the 3.5mm.
There are more reasons than sound quality to have a jack.

Don’t you wish your phone was twice as thick so it can accommodate a giant hole in the bottom that’ll get compacted with lint?
Aren’t you going to miss your earbuds getting violently ripped out of your ears when the cord gets caught on something?
What are you going to do with all that extra time not untangling cords???
