    These seem like sane recommendations somehow.

    Encouraging limiting highly processed food, eating whole foods like fruits and vegetables, incorporating healthy fats, prioritizing protein-rich meals, dairy with no added sugars, and reducing refined carbohydrates.

      The recommendations are for protecting the American farming and ranching industry first, and people second if at all, as it has been basically since the FDA was conceived.

      It’s better… but it seems like a return to the 1950s guidelines somehow.

      We know that dairy causes problems, but it still gets recommended.
