    I don’t check any work junk (calendar, email) on the weekends. Laptop and phone get turned off Friday afternoon and they stay off until Monday morning. If you don’t protect your own sanity, no one will.

      But if I don’t know what’s scheduled for Monday morning I won’t know how late I can stay on Sunday.

    I refuse to mix my work calendar and my personal calendar, despite how many times I’ve booked something in one only to realize there’s a conflict with the other…

    I have recurring events for:

    • The first 30 minutes of every day
    • The last 30 minutes of every day
    • The first 2 hours of every Monday
    • The last 2 hours of every Friday.

    Fuck scheduling anything when I’m just catching up on stuff or trying to wrap up.
