Make it a threshold, percentage based. If the richest person is worth over 3x what the poorest one makes then axe ‘em. If that extra value has to go somewhere other than a person it goes towards the community. Yea, you can have assets that are worth way more than 3x but, oh, guess those are actually public now and not yours alone.
