Ah yes, the season of exploding russian motorcycles is upon us again, cue the New York Times articles waxing lyrical about how russia has innovated modern warfare again by sending fools to their death on motorcyles and unarmored buggies. “Tanks are obsolete!” journalists write at the behest of billionaires as another 50 russian soldiers on unarmored motorbikes die from small drone attacks and random artillery fire… and another 50 more wounded russians die from having no armored, working vehicle to be evacuated with.
Remember this, fascism will never keep you safe because fascists will always forget the lessons of war in favor of fighting the way fascists prefer to fight.
I think it is probably a lot more efficient for Russia to get their men killed one at a time on motorcycles than five at a time in tanks. Assuming, of course, that their goal is to get as many Russians killed as inexpensively as possible, which all of their decisions to date seems to support.
Donkeys would be even more efficient, but I guess they’re too smart to ride them into enemy drone assault
Takes longer to make a donkey than a motorcycle.
If you can’t get IFV’s, bring some IFB’s…
Basically henchmen in a Bond movie.
