I am surprised you still ordered from them after so many screwed up orders. I give them a couple of tries, but if they can’t make my curry spicy, I will find a place that will.
We all have to live with some sort of bigotry, and mine takes the form of every restaurant underestimating my spice tolerance by an order of magnitude.
They’re very close by and otherwise delicious. I’ll never forgive missed salt. You get 0 do-overs for missed salt. But I’m not going to care too much about a little thing like spiciness. I’d prefer it, but it’s a detail at best, given the world I live in.
I get what you’re saying, but for some reason I just cannot enjoy curry that isn’t spicy. I LOVE both Thai and Indian curry, but only if it is hot. I have luckily found places for both locally that will take my word for it when I ask for food as Thai Hot or Indian Hot.
