To remain sane in an insane world is merely the sign of a sick mind.

I’ve heard it as (and occasionally use myself),
Insanity is a sane response to an insane world.
Yeah I think that’s the phrasing I’ve heard most, too.

We are not the same.
Most mental illnesses and almost all untreated illnesses are a result of wealth inequality.
Well that didn’t help my depression at all!
