🐔 <- BEHOLD! A woman!
/S
Surprisingly wholesome for a memes community
Why all are fat
They aren’t?
what’s a woman?
A miserable little pile of secrets.
my dog certainly is ; she hides food everywhere
Many such cases
yo mamma
Some of those aren’t really optional… I’d love to not menstruate, but I gotta wait for menopause for that. Not my choice to bleed for several days and get major cramps and back pain every month. It just happens.
I had a hysterectomy. Kept the ovaries as to not start menopause. It was the best decision I have ever made in my life.
So technically I have my periods hormonally but don’t bleed or feel pain, so there’s that option if you don’t plan on ever having kids.
I think it was more a commentary for trans women being women
Also old. And women who’ve had hysterectomies. And intersex women.
And women who are very underweight.
For those downvoting medical facts: https://www.acute.org/resources/amenorrhea-absence-menstruation-eating-disorder
If you can tolerate the birth control pill, take it continuously, skipping the placebo pills. I did this for years (at my doctor’s direction) and never had to have a period. It was awesome. Unfortunately I had to go off the pill to start HRT for perimenopause and now aunt flo is back >:(
My wife was on birth control and it triggered some “fat arm/leg” syndrome and she is piiiiiiiiiiiissed
Yikes, I’d be pissed too!
Yes, fart with pride! Always compliment public farts.
This being posted on this sublemmy implies this is an ironic post. For those of you without the ability to read between the lines.
me too I don’t get it because it’s in memes. it’s the boomer-comedian execuse for just wanting to be funny not offensive when you find what they say offensive, while also opting to show they make a valid point when you don’t.
Really? Memes don’t need to be ironic or funny.
Doesn’t match any definition of meme. Other than Richard Dawkin’s maybe.
Other than the dude who literally coined the term?
As in like, the definition of a meme? What the hell definition are you using?
Yeah I thought the literal definition of a meme is an idea that gets shared
I don’t maybe the way people use the word, like every other fucking word.
My guy, that is how everyone else uses the word.
Again, what definition are you using, because the rest of us are entirely in the dark about what you mean
Haha funny images that follow an established template. You think most even know who Dawkins is?
What a stupid take; I don’t know who coined the term “coffee,” does that mean I don’t know what coffee is?
And yeah sorry to inform you dude, but you are the only one incorrectly thinking that meme means “funny image.”
What you’re describing is an image macro, a specific type of meme.
And honestly taking it further, it is the templates used themselves that are mematic, not the individual images themselves, if we wanna get real pedantic about it.
Meme does not, and has never, been “funny images that follow a template” any more than “music” is “down tuned guitar riffs over blast beats.” That is just a singular example of the greater form.
Haha funny images that follow an established template
That’s a terrible definition for the word, way too narrow. The actual use of the word meme in modern language is much broader than that. Here is a list of trending memes that don’t fit your definition:
-
67
-
Blue egg yolk speedruns
-
Butterface contest girl
-
Abraham Lincoln virus
-
Blue Collar SpongeBob
-
Heavyweight Susie
