I have never known anyone with ADHD that self medicated with meth, the only ones I know have a prescription which is the opposite of aelf medication.
Yeah. From what I see, they generally self-medicate with energy drinks.
I don’t know what works for OCD, but I guarantee they take the same dose every day at the exact same time.

While probably not self-medication, SSRI’s are one the most successful drug treatments for OCD, I believe. I know this doesn’t really answer your question.

Hi, I have attention-deprived homosexual disaster disorder, and I medicate with extreme amounts of caffeine.
I also have found caffeine solves most of my problems.
Not OCD, but it’s caffeine and weed for me.
My OCD diagnosed hubby self-medicates with sugar and/or naps. Weed does nothing for him. And he can’t have caffeine due to a congenital heart defect.
