Hoodwinked is a good one. I remember being 10 or so and watching that in the theater and being soooo overwhelmed by its wackiness and fast-pace. It quickly becomes obvious it’s sort of a weird self aware movie, much like Shrek!
Sort of in the vein of Pixar movies is also Big Buck Bunny, which I had to think of. (With the caveat, that I’m the opposite of a movie person. 😅)
But well, it’s only 10 minutes long and freely available, so IMHO definitely worth watching.

Megamind, also by Dreamworks, is very similar to Shrek.
The 10th Kingdom is a 10 hour mini series that plays with fairy tales.
*7 hours (I just had this discussion with my partner, I thought ten as well)
I’ve watched this a handful of times and really enjoy it. It is kind of long, if I remember correctly.
Deep cut here, but the old Rocky and Bullwinkle had a “Fractured Fairy Tales” that was often pretty fun.
