There was one person who clearly did get the message, and it was a scared little snowflake who rolled up all his windows in his emotional support truck even though he was smoking because he was scared while stopped at a red light next to some people with signs. He stared angrily at me specifically thinking he was being intimidating. I laughed at him and it made him big mad. So I guess in a way the sign worked.
