Nintendo is legally right, but that doesn’t mean they are morally right.
They’re always very tone deaf when it comes to communicating with their fans. They could have used this opportunity to gift people 50% off coupons on their digital store or some shit like that which would cost them nothing while gaining them community fervor.
But time and time again, they’ve shown they’re the ones who dictate how they operate and consumers can either consume it or go away. Very conservative and a bit archaic if you ask me.
A company who’s products i would happily pirate, though have no interest in anymore.

I didn’t buy a Switch 2, but the people who did are Nintendo’s biggest fans, and Nintendo have just told them in no uncertain terms “Haha, get fucked, loser”.

People wanted a switch, they paid the only price that was made available to them. They voluntarily bought a switch, they were forced to pay higher prices to do it.

Nintendo is a shit company and their fans are cattle. But people did buy Switch 2 at higher prices. So no refunds.
