    Nicole content was banned on LW. At first it was just the usual spam, but then multiple users received PMs of extremely violent NSFW content with what appeared to be Nicole.

    Won’t post what it was here, but you can go to the below link and find a comment from another user that marked it as a Spoiler. Note, it’s a trigger warning if you are sensitive to extreme violence/gore (no picture, just a text description).

    Perhaps the spammer got tired and many admins stepped up their game. As an instance admin I remember having to remove helluva many posts featuring Nicole. Hopefully anything like that will not happen again for a long time.

    Maybe it was a phishing scheme to identify people’s IP addresses based on where they loaded the image from. In that case, each person would only receive one message. Fortunately I use a proxy, so they got nothing.
