That’s not what the OP is asking. They’re wondering why foreign governments aren’t pushing for more files to be released, to aid in their own investigations.
Other countries are actually investigating them, and there have been recent consequences in other countries for the current releases.

Statements like “this was Israel all along” and “mossad did this” yield many internet points these days because it feeds peoples world views. Without any explanation why this would indeed be true and any proof, it still feeds conspiracy theories.

Israel will never be able to separate itself from this genocide. My personal belief is that a separation between church and state prevents these extremist ideologies from becoming dominant. There is no legal basis anywhere for such a demand. Even if you can prove that one of the victims is from your country. That doesn’t give you the right to access their investigation. It doesn’t give you the right to conduct an investigation inside a forgein country.
You can make a request. They might say yes, they might say no. But that’s all you can do. Demands are different from requests. Demands have an implicit “or else” attached. It’s not something you throw around lightly.
